SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Luupli’s Subscription Program. By participating in the subscription feature as either a creator or a subscriber, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions​

  • "Creator" refers to a user offering exclusive content, private communities, and other perks through a paid subscription model on Luupli. -"Subscriber" refers to a user who pays a recurring fee to access a creator’s exclusive content and benefits. -"Luupli" refers to the platform providing the subscription service. -"Subscription Fee" refers to the monthly amount paid by the subscriber to access a creator’s exclusive content. -"Wallet" refers to the creator’s Luupli account where earnings from subscriptions are stored.

Subscription Model​

For Creators

  • To enable subscriptions, creators must meet Luupli’s eligibility criteria. Creators can set their subscription fees within the available pricing tiers ($0.99 - $99.99 per month).
  • Subscriptions will grant access to exclusive content, including private lounges, subscriber-only luups, and moments.
  • Luupli will deduct applicable platform fees before depositing earnings into the creator’s wallet.
  • Creators may cancel their subscription offering at any time, but subscribers will not receive refunds unless required by applicable law.
  • Luupli reserves the right to disable a creator’s subscription feature if they violate community guidelines or subscription policies. For Subscribers
  • Subscribers gain access to exclusive creator content upon successful payment.
  • The subscription fee is charged upfront on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
  • Subscription auto-renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • If a creator disables their subscription offering, subscribers will retain access until the end of their billing period.

Payments and Fees​

  • Payments are processed via Apple in-app purchase and Google billing system for Android users. Payout is processed via Paystack.
  • Luupli charges a platform fee of 35% on all subscription earnings.
  • Google Play Store and Apple App Store may deduct an additional 30% fee for in-app purchases.
  • Subscription earnings are reflected in the creator’s wallet after each subscription payment.
  • Creators may request payouts at any time; processing times may vary depending on banking regulations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy​

For Creators

  • If a creator deletes their account, subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of the current billing period.
  • Luupli may issue pro-rated refunds at its discretion if a creator terminates their subscription offering mid-cycle. For Subscribers
  • Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account settings or directly from the creator's profile by tapping the "subscribed" button.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations unless required by law.
  • Subscriptions canceled within 24 hours before renewal may still be charged for the next billing cycle.

Content and Community Guidelines​

  • Creators must adhere to Luupli’s content policies.
  • Subscription content must comply with Luupli’s terms of service; any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Luupli reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate policies.

Liability and Disclaimers​

  • Luupli does not guarantee income from subscriptions and is not liable for any losses incurred.
  • Luupli is not responsible for content posted by creators.
  • Luupli reserves the right to modify the subscription model and fees with prior notice.

Modification of Terms​

  • Luupli reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in advance.
  • Continued use of the subscription feature after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
